LIFE COACHING
In my Life Coaching sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Life Coaching beneficial and inspirational. INSURANCE
I do not take insurance at this time.
Insurance companies require therapists to make a diagnosis of a mental disorder in order to reimburse. I do not want a label placed on your permanent medical record. Insurance companies can also limit the number of sessions they will allow and can dictate your therapeutic journey.
I can provide you with a paid invoice statement that you can submit to your insurance company to use your out-of-network benefits. They will potentially reimburse or partially reimburse.
